Penske Power Systems has one of the widest engine portfolios available offering power solutions from 20 kW to 3,500 kW and components which are optimised for use in the construction and industrial sector, where reliability and durability are a must and fuel efficiency is expected.
In virtually no other applications are engines subject to such varying conditions, extreme temperatures, tough terrain and constant demands.
Our technologically advanced engines are designed to achieve maximum fuel efficiency, optimal safety and low life-cycle costs. They are utilised in mobile and stationary cranes, construction equipment including dump trucks, wheeled loaders and excavators, road-building plants, firefighting and aircraft ground support equipment, snow ploughs and ski trail preparation vehicles, plus engine drives for de-watering pumps in mining applications.
We assemble and distribute our own power drive units and fire pump drive units, powered by Mercedes-Benz, which are built tough to work hard in Australia’s varying geographic and extreme climate conditions.
Along with Mercedes-Benz diesel engines, Penske Power Systems has Detroit and DEUTZ engines available in its product portfolio, in addition to Allison Transmission products, resulting in a solution for most applications.
Penske Power Systems also offers the latest emission technology to ensure that diesel engines meet or exceed application and statutory requirements.
As with all products under the Penske Power Systems portfolio, we also offer application and installation engineering services, cooling package design and selection, programmed maintenance services, overhaul capabilities, and on- and off-site national support for customers. We pride ourselves on our in-house training capabilities.
